Certificate IV In Ageing Support (Online)
Course Overview: Certificate IV in Ageing support will equip you with the skills and knowledge to support and facilitate the empowerment of older people. Furthermore, it will help you to gain the understanding to consider possible career options such as a care supervisor, care team leader, community program coordinator or high performing personal care assistant.
- Duration: 36 Weeks
- Funding: This qualification is delivered with Victorian and Commonwealth Government funding to eligible candidates.
- Course fee: Tuition fees- $5,530.00 ($0 for eligible Skills First Funding applicants)
- Prerequisite: There is no formal prerequisite for this course.
- Entry Requirements –
- Age at commencement: It is recommended that students have attained the age of 18 by the course commencement date.
- Education/core skills: Students must complete a Pre-Training Review, meet the Language, Literacy and Numeracy (LLN) skill standards for Certificate III level study and demonstrate that they are a suitable candidate for this course.
